| The Maryland Commercial Lenders Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the support and education of commercial lending in and around Maryland. Our annual fundraising Bull Roast is the primary means of raising funds to support our educational and other programs. |

| Our membership includes representatives of K Bank, M&T Bank, PNC Bank, Business Finance Group, Community West Bank, Main Street Lenders, Susquehanna Bank, Mid-Atlantic Business Finance Company, Chesapeake Business Finance Corp, Columbia Bank, Zions National Real Estate and others seeking to both educate Maryland lenders and borrowers as to the alternatives for small business lending as well as directing borrowers to the proper lender for their specific needs. |

| As you can well imagine, our mission has become ever more critical in the face of the sub-prime lending crisis with many lenders either exiting the market for small business entirely or tightening their credit requirements to the point that it has almost the same effect. |
